Taking it to a new level!


In an attempt to lose weight before December 25 (that's a few weeks from now)I am addicted on surfing the net with all the tips I can get to shed off these pounds naturally and I found this.

1. Inline skating
Burns 425 calories in 30 minutes
Yaiks!I guess this is not available in here.

2. Running
Burns 374 calories in 30 minutes
Hmm, I am thinking of doing it this coming weeks!

3. Jumping rope
Burns 340 calories in 30 minutes
Gotta buy a sports bra for support.

4. Hula hooping
Burns 300 calories in 30 minutes.
Well, have to buy one yet.

5. Tennis
Burns 272 calories in 30 minutes
The racket is expensive and I can't hit a ball...LOL

6. Dancing
Burns 221 calories in 30 minutes
Move it, Yeah!

7. Walking vigorously
Burns 170 calories in 30 minutes
Doing it now but not vigorously..I guess I shed .5 pounds each time I did it.

I will try to do all of this and I am sure all my calories will be gone!...^_^
