Getting pregnant!

When is the best time for a woman to get pregnant

There is no greater joy for a woman than to give a life to another human being. But bringing another life to this wolrd is not that easy. There are a lot of things to consider. Woman should make sure that that she is ready to have a baby if she is planning to have one. The firs thing to know is to find out when is the best time to get pregnant. It is necessary to know the right time, because having a child in the womb is a very delicate process, a woman should be emotionally and physically ready so that she can give her best care to her baby.

If you and your partner were both ready to have a baby then you should try to gather all the important information that you needed. According to studies the best time to get pregnant is to know the period of your ovulation it is the most fertile time for every woman. In this time the mature ovum is being released from the follicules to the uterus, and this egg is ready to be fertilized, and for about 12 hours it will stay this way. Paying attention to your body is the best way to know when are you going to be fertile like spotting the signs of ovulation physically. The most common method of knowing the best time to get pregnant is to count the days. A woman should know when will be her next period, she has to count backward for 12 to 16 days. For those women who has a very regular or normal menstrual cycle the best day to get pregnant is the 14th day.

Aside from this the temperature of the body can also be a factor but it does not necessarily tell when is the best time to get pregnant. After a womans ovualtion her basal body temperature may increase to 1.6 from 0.5 degrees. She may not feel the change but it can be detected thorugh a basal thermometer, and two to three days after the rise of a woman body temperature is the best time to get pregnant, the shift in tempaerature is because of the increase in the production of the hormone called progesterone, since it is triggered by ovulation. If a woamn also feels discomfort or pain in the lower abdomen this is also an indication of getting pregnant, a small percentage of women are feeling this ovulatory activity that brings mild to moderate pains in the lower abdomen, this may last to a few hours in some cases.
