Getting pregnant!

When is the best time for a woman to get pregnant

There is no greater joy for a woman than to give a life to another human being. But bringing another life to this wolrd is not that easy. There are a lot of things to consider. Woman should make sure that that she is ready to have a baby if she is planning to have one. The firs thing to know is to find out when is the best time to get pregnant. It is necessary to know the right time, because having a child in the womb is a very delicate process, a woman should be emotionally and physically ready so that she can give her best care to her baby.

If you and your partner were both ready to have a baby then you should try to gather all the important information that you needed. According to studies the best time to get pregnant is to know the period of your ovulation it is the most fertile time for every woman. In this time the mature ovum is being released from the follicules to the uterus, and this egg is ready to be fertilized, and for about 12 hours it will stay this way. Paying attention to your body is the best way to know when are you going to be fertile like spotting the signs of ovulation physically. The most common method of knowing the best time to get pregnant is to count the days. A woman should know when will be her next period, she has to count backward for 12 to 16 days. For those women who has a very regular or normal menstrual cycle the best day to get pregnant is the 14th day.

Aside from this the temperature of the body can also be a factor but it does not necessarily tell when is the best time to get pregnant. After a womans ovualtion her basal body temperature may increase to 1.6 from 0.5 degrees. She may not feel the change but it can be detected thorugh a basal thermometer, and two to three days after the rise of a woman body temperature is the best time to get pregnant, the shift in tempaerature is because of the increase in the production of the hormone called progesterone, since it is triggered by ovulation. If a woamn also feels discomfort or pain in the lower abdomen this is also an indication of getting pregnant, a small percentage of women are feeling this ovulatory activity that brings mild to moderate pains in the lower abdomen, this may last to a few hours in some cases.

Why can't you get pregnant?

Marriage is building a family. Family is the foundation of the society and as defined a group of people that includes a mother, father and children is called a nuclear family. A child is born because of the union of two opposite sex. It is a fact that one is trying to unite with the opposite sex to produce offspring, but it is not as easy at it is being said. A woman can be pregnant if the egg is fertilized by the sperm thus producing a new life.

In most cases this is not always the outcome. There are always those women who are not fertile enough to bear a child and there re also men who are not competent enough to make a baby. There are a lot of infertility causes that one can be suffering, thus one cannot be able to get pregnant. Ovulation and egg quality is one it includes irregular ovulation because of hormonal imbalance and the egg quality is poor, but problems like these are related to age most of the time. Blocked fallopian tube is also one example of infertility causes because if ones fallopian tube has been blocked then it is very impossible for ones egg to travel to the uterus and in sperms cannot get into ones egg. Drinking too much alcohol and smoking also contributes to infertility as well as obesity.

In a world where people are trying to blend with the industrialized world it is also very important to watch what one is consuming, study shows that the BPA known as bisphenol-A has been linked to serious health problems, such as birth defects and cancer, and is also suspected to be the cause of erectile dysfunction for men which is know as being impotent. This chemical can be found in plastic containers of food and bottled water.

Infertility causes in males is also affecting the capability of woman in conceiving a child, In most cases it is the males infertility that makes it impossible for a woman to get pregnant. One factor of male infertility is when an epididymis or the tube that carries the sperm from the testes or if the two tubes called vas deferens is blocked. Aside from that, poor sperm quality and low motility of sperm or deficiency in semen also contributes to infertility. Pregnant women also who takes common painkillers has the possibility of giving birth to a baby boy whose testicles may not properly descend because the productions of testosterone is not enough.

Infertility causes depressions to people who are planning to have a child, in some ways it may affect them emotionally and or physically, a broken marriage may also be a result of infertility. But one should not worry about these infertility causes because we are now living in a modern world and technology has evolved through the years and because of this there are a lot of treatment that one can get to treat infertility, but one should be willing to accept the condition first so that one can be emotionally ready before getting a professional treatment.

Getting Pregnant

My daughter had turned 5 years old last month and she have her own world now. She is trying to be independent and what can I say she is preparing for the elementary years meaning she is growing up not a baby anymore.
I am now thinking of getting pregnant again, since maye is old enough for a sibling, and my husband's is so anxious to have another child, but there us a BIG BUT!
I am afraid for a lot of things, I do not know if I am now emotionally stable to carry a child, plus the fact that I am working.I am afraid that I will stop working when I deliver the baby because I know that during those days the infant will need my care, and I am really scared, because it will affect our stability financially and Maye is studying in a private school, my job is a big help in sustaining her needs and paying her tuition fee.
Considering that I will be having a Maternity leave and I will be receiving my maternity benefits, it is still not comforting to know that, because delivering in a hospital is so expensive, okay let's say I will do it in Public one, it is not comfortable for a mother to wait in line while on labor and sharing bed with another after giving birth. I know it's not believable but it is a fact.
If I will deliver in a private hospital that will costs too much for me, so I need to save money before getting pregnant. Formula milk for infants are also expensive...
What really bothers me most is the financial aspects of living life..I maybe ready emotionally and physically but not financially..
I know that my husband is so eager to have another baby but I am also thankful that He understands my fears, and he was very patient in taking the time to let me be ready when to get pregnant.
